  • Your subscription will get you a library of pilates classes, guided meditations and recipes with monthly talks and workshops from wellness experts in their field. Every week there will be new videos and recipes added to ensure your routine stays fresh.

  • All equipment is optional for added resistance and can be done with body weight. The equipment used in the videos include: small pilates ball, resistance bands, ankle weights and pilates ring.

    Note: Every body is unique, both in appearance and what it needs to thrive. It’s important not to focus on the external and have a pre conceived idea of what you think your body should look like and by when. Focus on how you feel , our bodies are so intelligent. Nourish it, add movement into your days, and you will become the healthiest version of you, whatever that looks like.

  • Our food philosophy is simple. Eat nutritious whole foods that nourish your body and taste amazing. No deprivation or restriction. Our recipes are created using simple ingredients, no refined flours or sugars and can all be modified to suit your dietary needs and food allergies. We recommend focusing more on the quality of ingredients rather than specific diets.

Pilates with Rachel has been a game changer for me.
